In the event the module doesn't solve the issue UD Module offers paid troubleshooting services to aide in the troubleshooting of a vehicle that is experiencing a DRAC Module VSSB Module suspected problem. This is for Technical Service in the form of email guidance through explanation of how the system works, wiring diagrams, pin outs, test procedures for the module and various systems it operates. This tech support is tailored to your vehicle's application. Must already own a UD Module re-manufactured module. When ordering this support service enter code found on bottom right hand corner of DRAC label in the form "UD Code". This code is also the same code found on the package the replacement module came in on the shipping and core return label and is an ordering code.
