In General - All new Business emails will be answered within 24-hours during the work week.
We check and reply to email 5 days a week Monday through Friday 9am - 5pm Central Standard Time, as it's our preferred and necessary form of communication. We place a high priority on communication. If you don't receive a reply please check in your junk/spam email folder as sometimes our mail ends up there. Also you can re-submit if your email address was possibly incorrect and we can't reply as a result. If you have difficulties with getting on contact with us via email have someone else use email on your behalf.
About Business over the Phone:
Module purchases are handled 100% on this website via the forms and secure checkout. Phone orders cannot be handled because cards cannot be processed over the phone. All services are handled electronically in writing via email. We understand this is can be more challenging but is the way this has to operate. This is an internet business which means traditional phone is not possible.
Frequently Asked (Shipping):
When will items be shipped? The standard policy is next business day handling for shipping. If you order a module on Tuesday for example, it will be prepared and shipped on Wednesday.
Where is my tracking number? Paypal is the processor and handles the purchase, look for an email from Paypal that mentions your item has been shipped. This is where you will find your tracking number.
I paid for express, what is the status? Ground Priority, Express and Fedex services are all shipped via the handling policy, which is next business day processing. Express services are provided as a coutesy and without guarantee. carrier performance is beyond our control, please refer to your tracking when available for status.
